Madison just finished her senior year.  She attended High School in Plainfield and is planning on attending Junior College.  This will give her some time to figure out exactly what she wants to do in life.  I have no doubt that whatever she decides to do that she will be amazing at it.  As long as she’s happy in what she does, I know she will be a success!

This session was extra special to me.  You see, I am very good friends with her soon to be step mom.  Actually, I’ve known her soon to be step mom since high school.  Over the years I’ve gotten to know both of Madison’s parents too!   They are all incredibly beautiful and amazing people.  Madison is such a great reflection of them all.

Over the years I’ve had the opportunity to get to know Madison a little better.  She and I have gone out to coffee a few times and we’ve discussed the challenges of being a teenage girl.  She reminds me so much of myself at that age.  It’s been such a joy watching her grow and blossom into such an amazing young lady.   She has the most beautiful eyes and an even more beautiful heart.

I’m so thankful that I was given the opportunity to photograph Madison and do her senior pictures.  We chose to do her pictures in Downtown Lockport.  Downtown Lockport is one of my favorite places to do senior pictures for girls.  There’s so many different unique spots to shoot at.  There’s areas by the river with nature, grass and water.  But then there’s also areas with brick walls and ivy.  And then of course, there’s the actual downtown area.  There’s so many unique old buildings and alleys to photograph.
